Made with ripe blueberries, fresh lemon zest and fragrant lemon verbena, this bright preserve is softly set and intensely fruit-forward, with a fresh citrus lift.

Slowly made using the Jamatelier Slow Jam method, with overnight maceration and careful cooking in copper pans to preserve the fruit’s natural flavour, colour and texture.

Wonderful on warm croissants and toast, with yoghurt, alongside soft cheeses, or spooned over vanilla ice cream.
