I made the Plum and Star anise jam yesterday, a really nice easy recipe with outstanding results. The book itself is beautifully produced and I’ll be trying more of the recipes according to season as the year progresses. Definitely recommend this book!
Looks like a great book.
Interested to try the slow jam method
I must begin by a quick confession (it’s good for the soul after all)… I love cook books! Absolutely Love them! That aside …I’m living my homesteading era and came across this beautiful book absolutely love making Jam. Jam is the slow way of enjoying life. And this book understands that concept. Making Jam the French way is a book that presents a love and strong conviction for the finer things in life. The author Marina Guirey is such a lovely soul. I look forward to sharing further opportunities for extending my exploration of making Jam the French way.
An excellent book, in fact, I shall be buying a second copy for my daughter.
What a lovely book on making jam the French way. It's beautifully illustrated with many different recipes you can make throughout the year made with ingredients that are natural. Highly recommended!
