Slow Jam - The Art of French Jam Making

Slow Jam - The Art of French Jam Making

Amazon #5 Bestseller in Preserving Foods (July 2026)

Premium hardback edition
Larger-format, durable hardback — designed for regular use in the kitchen.

At the heart of this book is the Slow Jam Method, built around overnight maceration and the natural character of the fruit.

Part practical guide, part seasonal companion, Slow Jam is designed to sit open on the kitchen counter — used, returned to, and lived with throughout the year.

This is the method behind every jar of Jamatelier.

Inside, you'll discover:

• The Slow Jam Method, step by step
• Why overnight maceration creates vibrant, fruit-forward preserves
• How to recognise the setting point with confidence
• 31 seasonal recipes, from citrus to summer fruit
• Pairing suggestions for cheese, desserts and savoury dishes.
