Made with ripe raspberries, this fruit-forward preserve is lifted with a hint of vanilla for a delicate, softly set finish.

Slowly made using the Jamatelier Slow Jam method, with overnight maceration and careful cooking in copper pans to preserve the fruit’s natural flavour, colour and texture.

Wonderful on warm croissants and toast, spooned over yoghurt or porridge, or served with scones and cream.
